01Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any wigs or hair products.
All sales are final.
02Exchanges
Exchanges are only approved under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item, incorrect specification, or an incomplete order
- You contact us within 24 working hours of delivery
To qualify for an exchange, the product must remain in its original condition:
- No styling
- No washing
- No cutting
- No alterations
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
03Hair Quality & Expectations

- Texture may vary

- Lifespan depends on hair type and proper care
- Minimal shedding and tangling is normal
- Hair types vary across our collections (including human hair and premium fibers)
We encourage all clients to maintain realistic expectations and follow proper care routines to enjoy the best results.
04Shipping & Delivery
If an error is confirmed on our part, we will cover the return delivery cost
In all other cases, delivery costs are the responsibility of the client
05Incomplete Orders
If your order is incomplete, please contact us within 24 working hours.
After verification, the missing item will be delivered within the appropriate timeframe.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
